Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out for spa services
• Schedule treatments and maintain accurate appointment records
• Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
• Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support spa team operations and guest service standards
• Assist with spa setup, linen restocking, and facility upkeep when needed

Qualifications

On-Call Commitment:

On-call team members must be available for scheduled events and may not decline three consecutive shifts when offered.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury spa or resort setting preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with spa software systems is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for product handling and setup
• Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
• Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work indoors in a front‑of‑house environment with constant guest interaction
