Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field (preferably in the wine or beverage industry); experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required RBS and Food Handler Certifications required, or must be willing to complete certifications independently and at personal cost shortly upon hire Basic knowledge of wines and the wine-making process (willingness to learn is a plus) Proficiency with reservation software and basic office tools; Tock, Commerce 7 Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Attention to detail to ensure areas and dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High School diploma or equivalent Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 an hour.
