What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing building-specific equipment.

This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.

What You’ll Have
 

• 5 years within the past 7 years directing equipment O&M in a supervisory capacity, with knowledge of major site equipment and system operation.
• Verifiable experience operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing building-specific equipment
• At least 2 years within the past 5 years involving BAS, NCMMS, boilers, and chillers over 300 tons, and comparable equipment characteristics.
• EPA 608 Certification and A/C Refrigeration Operator Certification, plus one or more of these certifications or equivalent experience: NAPE Air Conditioning III—Operations and Management; Advanced Boiler Operator; or IUOE stationary engineer, Class 2 minimum, Class 1 preferred.
