What you''ll do

• Turn leads into customers and one-time cleanings into recurring service through responsive, thoughtful sales and customer service.
• Manage calls, texts, emails, estimates, scheduling, payments, customer concerns, and daily office operations.
• Keep schedules accurate, support our field teams, and help resolve problems with customers and employees.
• Use our CRM and other technology to track details, follow through, and keep work organized.
• Help grow our local presence through social media, online profiles, customer retention, and team recognition.
• Pitch in where needed, including occasional fieldwork, laundry, and other hands-on tasks.

You''ll work closely with the owner and a remote customer service colleague. As you learn the business, opportunities may include in-home estimates, interviews, and quality checks.

What we''re looking for

• Strong verbal and written communication and a warm, professional approach.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, flexibility, and initiative.
• Comfort with computers, CRM systems, and learning new technology.
• A sales mindset: resourceful, responsive, and focused on finding solutions.
• A genuine interest in supporting employees and creating a positive team environment.
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback, work hard, and persist when things get challenging.

Office, scheduling, sales, or customer service experience is valuable. Housekeeping experience and English/Spanish fluency are pluses, but not required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with some flexibility around start and end times as business needs require. On-site at our office near Cal Expo in Sacramento.

Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; valid California driver''s license and acceptable driving record; satisfactory background check. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Our service area includes Sacramento and West Sacramento, from Antelope to Elk Grove.
