Mailroom & Office Services Associate
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $17.00 $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support daily mailroom and office services operations. This role includes mail distribution, shipping/receiving, print support, and general office assistance.
Responsibilities- Sort, process, and distribute mail across four buildings
- Handle USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping and receiving
- Assist with copy, print, and finishing services
- Set up conference rooms by moving tables and chairs
- Restock copier paper and toner throughout the office
- Collect mail from designated mail stops
- Perform other office support duties as needed
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- 1 2 years of related experience preferred
- Copy/print experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and required auto insurance
- Strong customer service, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, and stand for extended periods
