Pay Range: $18 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Operate high volume duplicating and scanning equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain shipping and receiving records, inventory transactions, and delivery documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, for communication and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Perform duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials, including sorting and distributing mail.
- Maintain daily meter and service logs, and respond to service calls as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping regulations.
- Knowledge of shipping software and freight management systems.
- Warehouse experience is a must.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
