    Summary 
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care in both our Richmond Hill and Brooklyn locations, collaborating with a seasoned multidisciplinary team. 

    Responsibilities
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with oncologic and hematologic disorders. 
    • Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients and care teams. 
    • Administer and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other specialized treatments. 
    • Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory, imaging, and pathology results. 
    • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment options. 
    • Actively participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards. 
    • Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care. 
    • Participate in research, quality improvement, and educational initiatives as appropriate. 
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. 
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations. 
    Qualifications 
    • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. 
    • Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology. 
    • Active and unrestricted NY State Medical License (or eligibility). 
    • Completion of an accredited fellowship in Medical Oncology & Hematology. 
    • Proven track record of clinical excellence in outpatient and inpatient settings. 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and evidence-based practice. 
    • Additional languages highly preferred, especially Haitian Creole.

    Compensation: $275,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
