OneStream Architect

Andrew Morgan is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We are currently seeking a qualified OneStream Architect to support technical and financial management solution projects for our DoD client. This role will focus on the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise-level financial tools and requires a strong blend of functional finance knowledge, technical aptitude, and client service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an OneStream Consultant, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team developing and enhancing enterprise financial management tools. This includes engaging in client-facing activities, problem solving through financial and accounting knowledge, and supporting technology-enabled solutions that improve performance and compliance for our clients.

• Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the OneStream application, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technological advancements.
• Lead the architecture and design of the OneStream platform, ensuring scalability, technical excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions, driving successful implementation and integration.
• Guide the design and build of seamless integrations with source systems, ensuring reliable and accurate data flow into the OneStream platform.
• Direct the design and build of financial models, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to ensure they align with business requirements.
• Conduct assessment reviews of the OneStream application to identify enhancements that will optimize functionality and user experience.
• Provide oversight for the OneStream consultants as they refine the application to support evolving business needs.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and the adoption of new features within the OneStream platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years in financial systems or enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms.
• Extensive expertise in the OneStream XF platform, encompassing solution architecture, platform design, and advanced configuration.
• Comprehensive understanding of OneStream's capabilities, with a focus on financial modeling, marketplace solutions & data integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
• Solid experience in financial planning and reporting processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred:

• OneStream certification – Lead Architect
• Knowledge of other EPM tools, such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or SAP BPC.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
