OneStream Lead

Overview:

AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an experienced OneStream Lead who is passionate about supporting and enhancing a state-of-the-art finance operating system at a fast-growing software company.

This role is ideal for an experienced OneStream administrator who can effectively support and maintain a production OneStream environment while partnering closely with Finance, Analytics, and external implementation resources. The ideal candidate has prior experience administering OneStream in a live business environment and brings a strong understanding of financial planning processes, system administration, and troubleshooting. This individual will help support enhancements, resolve issues, and contribute to the continued evolution of the platform.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to support ongoing enhancements and optimization of the OneStream platform.
• Manage and support data integrations, including data loads, between OneStream and source systems such as NetSuite, Power BI Cube, Dynamics CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and Cube Views to support operational and financial reporting needs.
• Partner with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release activities, including testing and validation.
• Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides.

What you will bring to our team:

• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration experience supporting a production environment.
• Strong understanding of core OneStream functionality, including workflows, metadata management, security, data integrations, reporting, Cube Views, dashboards, and Data Management processes.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, people cost planning, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting data loads, integrations, and troubleshooting data or application issues within a production environment.
• Experience with business rules and system configurations, including troubleshooting and maintaining existing functionality.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.
• Experience supporting testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation activities.
• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to achieve business objectives.
• Experience with NetSuite or other financial systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Consultative, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Salary Range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
