Role Summary
The Assistant General Manager serves as the second-ranking management professional within the Association and assists the General Manager in administration, operations, maintenance oversight, governance, financial management, and resident services.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Board of Directors, department managers, residents, vendors, and administrative staff.

Minimum two years of HOA management experience required
Florida LCAM required
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM credentials preferred
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Ability to interpret financial statements and budgets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Community Association Management, or related field preferred
Experience in active-adult or large-scale HOA communities
