Onsite Property Manager

Onsite Property Manager — Boonton, NJSalary: $90,000 annually

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a full-time onsite position in Boonton, New Jersey. We are looking for someone who can manage the daily needs of a community, oversee projects, and communicate clearly with residents, Board members, and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary onsite contact for residents and the Board
• Conducting property inspections and following up on maintenance and rule compliance concerns
• Coordinating vendors, reviewing proposals, and overseeing repairs and capital projects
• Preparing Board meeting materials, management reports, and resident communications
• Tracking work orders, contracts, project schedules, and outstanding issues through completion
• Assisting with budget preparation, invoice review, and expense monitoring
• Responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Property management or community association management experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment when handling resident concerns and sensitive matters
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office, electronic work orders, and digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently onsite while collaborating with the Board and management team
