Onsite Services Coordinator

Our client, a well known food service, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Onsite Services Coordinator for a Midtown based office. This position requires someone on site 5 days a week with the hours being between 10:30am-1:30pm with some flexibility as needed. This is an open ended position that pays up to $25/hr and a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule.

Responsibilities:

A Typical Day-

The below schedule is based on a 12pm delivery time. (Delivery times will range between 11:30am - 1:00pm)

• Arrive at the client's office at 10:30am
• Check-in with the front desk and administrative staff
• Pick up printed menus from the designated location
• Wait in the loading dock / pick up area to meet drivers
• Unload and cart food to the client's floor/suite
• Set up food in designated area
• Remove, recycle, and/or throw away used containers and put out / uncover replacement containers until lunch service is over
• Check out with office management around 1:30pm
• Fill out feedback survey (google form) for the client's Client Success Manager to ensure we are prioritizing product and service needs appropriately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Background of customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, and retail preferred
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy engaging with people
• Current Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one by start date
• Strong communicator and team player
• Eager to try and learn new things
• Available for weekday lunch shifts
• Able to safely lift 30+ pounds
• Punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work skillfully under pressure
• Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
