Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university
• Current license from the Colorado Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
• Minimum of three years of outpatient physical therapy experience treat adolescent and adult populations
• Proficiency in clinical documentation within EMR systems aligned with state and federal guidelines
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professionalism at all times

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certifications such as OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, or similar orthopedic/manual therapy credentials
• Ergonomic training, certification, or worksite experience
• Experience in injury prevention, workplace assessments, and wellness education

Other Requirements:

• Working knowledge of EMR documentation compliance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, mental health professionals, and support staff
• Willingness to participate in ongoing continuing education and team training sessions
• Must be able to work scheduled hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Tuesday, Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Travel or additional onsite responsibilities are not specified but may involve worksite support as needed
