Infrastructure Architect

Participate in technical sprints and assisting with defining the scope of as a service build model for from Infrastructure technical stack including Servers, Storage, Backup, Networks, ContainersAssess customers environment, requirements and build Private cloud as a service Infrastructure leveraging best practices and industry leading technical stackMust have good understanding of applications and ability to perform the apps level assessmentInstalls and configures grid of compute, storage, and backup stacks to cater to private cloud requirements, especially around Containers as a services (CaaS)Perform system integration activities w.r.t. compute, storage, OpenShift, backupMust understand zero-trust architecture and ability to build the infrastructure keeping SASE into the configurationsAbility to create Infrastructure as code scripts using Helm Charts, Terraform etc. to reusable and repeatable 

Basic Qualifications -Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fieldAt least eight (10+) years of information technology work experience and experience architecting, implementing, and/or managing Hybrid Cloud environmentsExperience with virtualization for Microservices and containers-based architectureExperience with x86 server and converged infrastructure technologies including IBM, Dell, HP, CiscoAble to define the firmware build standards for installing OpenShift based platformsAble to define security standards for currency management. Must be familiar with the security standardsHigh Availability setup for the systems deploy at labs, Datacenters and Hyperscalers equivalent infrastructureWorking Knowledge any of the storage platforms including NetApp, EMC, IBM, HP, PureGood Understanding and working knowledge of file systems and migrationKnowledge of platform and network connectivityStrong skills in Cloud networking, such as configuring virtual networks, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNsGood knowledge of Azure/AWS/Google/Oracle PaaS services and know how to leverage them for cloud solutionsProficiency in Azure/AWS/Google/Oracle DevOps or GitHub and know how to use them for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and Git version control.Experience in using Infrastructure as Code and Git source control to provision and deploy cloud resourcesAutomation scripting skills with PowerShellKnowledge of Terraform for cross-platform cloud provisioningSpecialization in Kubernetes/Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) /RedHat OpenShift for container orchestrationExperience in migrating and transforming existing systems to the cloud using Azure tools and best practices.Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub and know how to use them for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and Git version control.Experience in using Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep) and Git source control to provision and deploy cloud resourcesAutomation scripting skills with PowerShell and Azure CLICreate, validate / review solutions and effort estimates for Hybrid Cloud transformation opportunities across the globe.Migration & DR ToolsResponsible for technical, pricing and transformation solution end to end for the infrastructure-based towers (Wintel & Linux, Server Consolidation, Migration etc.)Act as a single point of contact for any Architecture related work based on Hybrid Cloud TechnologiesExperience with Identify Management across Cloud and DatacentersMust have exposure to the cloud either Azure/AWS/Google.
