What Youll Do
- Provide nursing care in an operating room setting.
- Support safe and effective perioperative workflows.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, nurses, and other members of the surgical team.
- Follow established patient safety, infection prevention, and operating room procedures.
- Prepare for and respond to the clinical needs of patients throughout the surgical process.
- Document patient care and clinical activities accurately.
- Communicate patient information and care needs clearly with the interdisciplinary team.
What You Need
Required:- Active Kansas or multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- At least two successfully completed travel contracts.
- Operating Room nursing experience.
- Availability for five 8-hour day shifts per week.
- Availability for weekend and on-call requirements as discussed during the interview.
Preferred:- Additional experience in travel Operating Room assignments.
