3x12's WeekdaysDeliver Operating Room Registered Nurse care by providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.Coordinate patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support efficient surgical workflows, clear communication, and high-quality clinical outcomes.Perform circulating nurse responsibilities by monitoring patient status, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.Provide scrub nurse support by maintaining sterile technique, preparing instruments, and assisting surgeons to promote procedural efficiency and patient safety.What minimum requirements you ll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.One or more of the following required:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or client accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or client accepted.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.What additional preferences we're seeking1+ year OR RN experiencePediatric OR RN experience a plus
Trauma Level 114 OR's + 2 Endo Procedure Rooms Call Required
