Operational Excellence Manager

Are you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and leading transformational change? We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase capacity, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce costs across our manufacturing operations.

In this high-impact role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, facilitate Kaizen events, and develop a culture of operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational departments.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S/6S, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standard work processes that improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify and deliver operational improvements that increase capacity, improve OEE, and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts and project teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to plant layout, equipment, workflow, and operational practices.
• Track, report, and communicate progress of continuous improvement initiatives to leadership.
• Mentor and coach employees in Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Partner with department leaders to align improvement initiatives with operational goals and priorities.
• Manage continuous improvement project budgets while ensuring minimal disruption to production objectives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international medical device and drug delivery regulations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Ability to effectively influence and present to all levels of an organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to support off-shift operations when required.
• This is an onsite position within our manufacturing facility.

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $90,500.00 - $135,800.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
