  • Talent Acquisition Implementation

  • Deploy centrally defined talent acquisition processes across the North/South regions

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities

  • Monitor recruitment performance and KPIs; identify and escalate barriers to successful hiring

  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related needs from local teams, agencies, and HR

  • Employer Branding Execution

  • Support execution of employer branding activities aligned with central strategy and adapted to regional/division-specific needs

  • Ensure consistent execution of recruitment marketing activities, events, and campaigns

  • Represent Yazaki in local labor market engagements, career fairs, or employer brand initiatives

  • Recruitment & Process Optimization

  • Recommend improvements to recruitment channels, systems, processes, or candidate experience

  • Select and manage external recruitment partners based on internal standards and project needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, labor market trends experience are a plus
  • Business Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Effective and confident communication
  • High service mind: Drive with passion and teamplay to serve our (internal) customers
  • Strong collaborator to create connections between all stakeholders in the region for effective execution
  • Willingness to travel to locations (<20%)
