Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.Responsibilities:Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutionsSupports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and servicesProvides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changesExpands business products knowledge within operations environmentBuilds network by developing relationships with partners and teammatesInspects data to identify issues and trendsCollects and interprets data to validate operational processesLOB Specific Description:This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling experience is preferred. Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.Responsibilities:Timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital. Conducting due diligence via system of record (SOR) and vendor portals. Accurate preparation of lien release documentation, signing and notary execution, and communication with internal and external clients. Updating System of Record (SOR) with release status for tracking purposesRequired Qualifications:Knowledge of Leasing documentation and credit structuresExperience preparing Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney, Lien Release Letter, UCC terminations, or other collateral documentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
