Salary: $90k-$125k + bonus

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the full trade lifecycle across OTC derivatives, options, and volatility-focused strategies, including trade capture, reconciliation, settlement, exception management, and daily cash, position, and P&L oversight.
• Partnering directly with Traders, Founders, Prime Brokers, and other counterparties to resolve breaks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of trading activity across the platform.
• Leveraging Python, SQL, Excel, and other technologies to automate manual processes, improve data quality, analyze large datasets, and enhance operational scalability.
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Investment teams to develop and improve the firm's trading and operational infrastructure while driving strategic process improvement initiatives.
• Taking ownership in a lean team environment, gaining broad exposure across operations, trading support, business management, and the continued growth of the platform.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Trade Operations, Investment Operations, Middle Office, or a related function within a hedge fund, asset manager, bank, or broker-dealer.
• Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, options, volatility strategies, and quantitative investing.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or other programming languages, with a passion for automation and technology-driven problem solving.
