Operations Analyst - Brea, CA - Contract W2/C2C - $25-35 Per HR
This role involves working in a dynamic environment to analyze and optimize operational processes. Based in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with onsite presence, the position requires data analysis, process improvements, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Gather and prepare various data reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with operational and security procedures.
- Resolve inquiries and issues to provide effective customer service.
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in financial operations or customer service.
- Broad knowledge of account documentation and compliance regulations.
- Intermediate skills in computer operations and software programs.
- Effective communication skills and basic math proficiency.
