Job Title: Operations Analyst - Corporate Action
Location: Onsite: Oaks, Pennsylvania
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/Hour on W2/C2C
Role description:
Roles and Responsibilities
• Monitor and process corporate action events.
• Review announcements received from custodians and market data vendors.
• Process dividends, interest payments, stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, tender offers, and proxy events.
• Reconcile entitlements and payments.
• Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual entitlements.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and portfolio teams.
• Maintain event schedules and client notifications.
• Support regulatory and audit requests.
• Ensure timely completion of voluntary election events
Functional/Domain Skills
• 3+ years of corporate actions operations experience.
• Strong understanding of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
• Ability to interpret event notifications and market announcements.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience handling high-volume event processing.
• Experience with DTCC Corporate Actions platforms.
• Familiarity with asset servicing operations.
Skills: Spring Boot, ORACLE SQL, PL/SQL, Core Java
Experience Required: 6-8
