    • Manage expense allocations, accruals, and other fund-level operational accounting functions.
    • Facilitate securities transfers and other custody-related transactions.
    • Monitor operational controls to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across investment portfolios.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal workflows.
    • Participate in operational projects and process enhancement initiatives as the firm continues to grow.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in investment operations, hedge fund operations, structured finance, fixed income, or a similar environment.
    • Strong understanding of trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
    • Experience supporting fixed income products, financing transactions, or repo activity is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with corporate actions and fund operations.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and complex formulas.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external service providers.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience working with fund administrators and institutional custodians.
    • Exposure to process automation or workflow improvements.
    • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
    • Experience within alternative investments, credit, structured products, or fixed income strategies is desirable.
