Operations Analyst

Pay Range: $56/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support quoting, purchase orders intake, and fulfilling orders across standard OEM and OEM Lite sales motions.
• Serve as the central operational point of contact for field requests, including intake of Deal Registration and Quote Requests.
• Manage the quote process for OEM and OEM Lite, including creation, approval, and submission to relevant stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the Quote Tracker and monitor SLAs, providing feedback into Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
• Interface with Deal Desk, Field Sales, and Regional Teams to support order intake and ensure accurate CRM maintenance.
• Review and expedite orders as necessary, keeping track of delivery accuracy.
• Coordinate custom supply models and delivery processes, including liaising with the install services team.
• Monitor and audit OEM incentive funding commitments and assist in generating sales reports.
• Manage logistics and inventory for lab equipment across global integration labs.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and liaise with OEM Project Managers to enhance internal processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of sales operations, deal desk, or partner operations experience in enterprise IT, storage, or telecommunications environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with OEM sales models or complex order-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), ERP system workflows, and financial reporting.
• Strong ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in modeling and process documentation (e.g., SOPs, RACI diagrams).
• Languages: English required; other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus.
