Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to work closely with our Operations Team and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects. This person will be responsible for turning priorities into action, coordinating across teams, solving day-to-day operational issues, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned by the Operations Team and see them through to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to execute operational needs
Monitor day-to-day operations and address issues as they arise
Help implement and maintain processes, systems, and workflows
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Support the Operations Team with reporting, KPIs, and process improvements
Requirements
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
Strong ability to execute and follow through without constant supervision
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or a similar role
