About the Role:
Once Upon A Child Ridgeland is looking for an energetic and dependable Operations Associate to join our team in Ridgeland, MS! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a  fast-paced retail environment where you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly every day.



Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on the sales floor and at the register with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for purchases and customer transactions
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Tag inventory
• Stock shelves and racks 
• Organize merchandise by color, category and size

Requirements:

• Previous retail, customer service, or operations experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate product quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Passion for children's products, sustainability, and value-driven shopping
