Operations Coordinator/Estimator

Summary:

This position will be joining our Specialized Transportation division in Conroe, Texas. This is a support role to the sales team. You will be helping with back-end administrative and data entry and be a point of contact for the sales team as well as operations.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Performing administrative tasks, activities, and responsibilities that support, enable, and drive the front-line sales teams to be more effective and efficient.
• Will work closely with both sales team and the operations manager to produce quotes, create work orders, and reconcile customer billing and invoicing.
• Assist with jobs/projects planning coordination between the sales team and operations.

Required Education and/or Experiences:

• Associates Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in sales and operational support or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prefer experience in construction or transportation industry
• Basic computer navigation skills
