About the Opportunity

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Operations Coordinator for an international technology company expanding its operations in the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination who is comfortable working with technology, troubleshooting equipment, and managing operational challenges.

The selected candidate will serve as the company's primary U.S. operations representative, coordinating warehouse technology systems, supporting client operations, and collaborating with an international technical team.

We are looking for a resourceful, independent professional who can take ownership of daily operations, resolve problems, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations involving warehouse technology and inventory tracking systems.
• Monitor warehouse equipment, scanning systems, and operational alerts to ensure efficient performance.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, connectivity, and operational issues.
• Manage technical support tickets, coordinate resolutions, and escalate complex problems to remote technical teams.
• Coordinate equipment installers, vendors, maintenance services, and replacement parts.
• Support warehouse inventory processes, operational data accuracy, and system functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Train warehouse personnel on operational procedures and technology-related processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. clients and international technical support teams.
• Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practical solutions.
• Travel to client facilities throughout the United States as required.
• Provide occasional after-hours operational support during peak business periods.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot warehouse equipment and operational systems.
• Experience managing daily operational issues and coordinating multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote technical teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, automated inventory systems, or warehouse technology.
• Experience with technical support ticketing systems.
• Background in perishables, floral distribution, cold-chain logistics, or temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience coordinating vendors, equipment maintenance, or technical installations.
• Knowledge of warehouse process improvement and inventory accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
