- Support day, afternoon, and night operations, including receiving, returns, putaway, inventory follow-up, QC, staging, loading, and shift handoff.
- Help direct hourly workflow, communicate expectations, monitor floor conditions, and escalate service, safety, inventory, or quality risks early.
- Assist with workload balancing, labor coverage, equipment allocation, facility readiness, vendor follow-up, and operational projects.
- Use warehouse systems, Excel, reports, and dashboards to support follow-up on exceptions, inventory issues, breakage, shorts, returns, and process failures.
- Reinforce SOPs, safety rules, PPE, PIT/dock safety, housekeeping, product rotation, code-date discipline, and company work-rule expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, delivery, or operations leadership experience preferred.
- Willingness to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules as business needs require.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead hourly teams in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
- High attention to detail, follow-through, urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of the floor.
- Comfort using Excel and warehouse systems such as VIP, EasyOps, LBI, iDIG/DataViewer, voice-pick tools, OpenDock, or similar systems preferred.
- Experience with beverage distribution, receiving, inventory control, returns, QC, loading, public warehouse, or PIT-heavy operations is a plus.
Success Looks Like
- Managers and supervisors can rely on you to step in, stabilize the operation, and keep work moving.
- Shift handoffs are cleaner, exceptions are documented, and problems are surfaced before they become service failures.
- Hourly employees receive clear direction, consistent follow-up, and practical support across multiple areas of the operation.
- You demonstrate the judgment, flexibility, accountability, and leadership maturity needed for advancement.
