Role We are looking for a few hard working and friendly Delivery Operations Specialists to join the SimpleCar team. You will be an indispensable member of our dynamic field operations team, entrusted with a diverse array of mission-critical responsibilities that collectively drive the success of our endeavors. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute significantly to various facets of our operations, ensuring that our subscribers receive an exceptional SimpleCar experience. Key Responsibilities Safely transport vehicles between Southern California operational hubs, maintenance shops, and subscriber locations using your truck or towing-capable vehicle. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, air filter changes, etc. and basic inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition. Collaborate with our operations team to coordinate vehicle assignments, deliveries, and pickups. Document and report any vehicle condition issues, maintenance performed, or concerns observed. Conduct thorough vehicle walkthroughs with subscribers during pickups and deliveries, ensuring their comfort and confidence in the vehicle. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Access to a truck or vehicle with towing capabilities, trailer, etc. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Punctuality and reliability for on-time deliveries and pickups. Effective communication skills for coordinating with operational teams and interacting with subscribers.
