About the role:
As a Strategic Operations Lead with the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) Mechanical and Breaker Products team, you will drive operational excellence and execute long-term strategic initiatives within the WPB manufacturing organization. You will partner cross-functionally to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and align plant operations with broader business objectives. Additionally, you will play a critical role in deploying strategic inventory initiatives, leading high-impact projects, and ensuring sustainable performance improvements across value streams.
You will report to the Manager, Mechanical and Breaker Products. This is an anchor position that is required to be on site 5 days a week at our New Stanton, PA facility.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations strategy, or continuous improvement roles
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and KPIs
Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800.00 to $126,000.00 per year.
