The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Operations & Maintenance Inspector with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform facility inspections of building systems.
Conduct condition assessments and inspections.
Document deficiencies and code violations.
Estimate remaining useful life of facility components.
Prepare inspection reports and findings.
Support QA/QC activities.
Provide recommendations for repairs and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
Associate Degree in Construction Management, Building Sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of inspection or facilities assessment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
ICC Certification.
Certified Building Inspector (CBI).
Facility Condition Assessment experience.
