Responsibilities: of the Operations Manager: • Support execution and delivery of data center infrastructure projects. • Manage scheduling, workforce planning, and onboarding activities. • Lead and develop superintendents, foremen, technicians, and field teams. • Coordinate vendor partners, resources, and project priorities. • Partner with leadership on operational planning and upcoming projects. • Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: of the Operations Manager: • 5+ years of data center operations, construction, or project leadership experience. • Experience supporting Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, or similar hyperscale data center environments. • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including cabling, fiber, racks, and cabinets. • Experience leading foremen, technicians, or large field teams. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
