Job Description

Oversee multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, field leadership, and supporting teams. Drive project performance across budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Work directly with owners, GCs, engineers, trade partners, and key clients. Manage staffing and operational planning across the Atlanta market. Monitor job costs, billing, project financials, and overall profitability. Develop and retain high-performing operations and field teams. Identify new market opportunities and help drive continued business growth. Support the successful delivery of complex mission-critical/data center electrical work.

The Successful Applicant

Strong background in commercial electrical construction. Previous operations, senior project management, or comparable leadership experience. Data center / mission-critical electrical experience highly preferred. Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously. Strong knowledge of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and field operations. Ability to develop teams and provide leadership across both project and field operations. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate strategically while remaining involved in project execution.
