• Lead regional operations for major mission critical and electrical construction projects.
• Develop, mentor, and expand project management, field leadership, and operations teams.
• Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Partner with clients and executive leadership to support long-term business growth.

• Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities.
• Oversee the successful execution of large, complex projects valued between $200M-$400M+.
