Responsible for managing administrative functions to ensure efficient support for clinical and non-clinical departments.
Supervises and trains administrative staff, develops SOPs, and optimizes workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborates with various departments, maintains policies, and ensures exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, 5-7 years of healthcare administration experience, and 2-3 years of supervisory leadership.
Skills include strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and familiarity with healthcare regulations and management software.
Schedule: Overnight shift, Sunday through Thursday.
