Operations ManagerThis Operations Manager will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day operations across production, procurement, logistics, and safetyDriving process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughputEnsuring fabrication activities are meeting engineering and quality standardsMonitoring production schedules, capacity, and resource allocationOverseeing supplier performance, purchasing, and inventory levelsCollaborating with engineering and project teams to support executionLeading cross-functional communication to resolve operational challengesPromoting safety culture and ensuring regulatory complianceDeveloping, mentoring, and managing operational staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
