Operations Manager (ABA)

Location: Greensboro, NC

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + $25,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and lead the completeoperations within the office. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about healthcare services, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure adequate staffing and resources

  • Proactively sell Maxim's full range of services to clients, customers, and healthcare facilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals

  • Create and execute strategic business development plans

  • Develop and lead recruitment strategies for the office

  • Establish and maintain an ongoing Quality Improvement Program

  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

  • Promote and ensure attainment of clinical and operational metrics

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance for qualified personnel

  • Manage patient care from referral through discharge in compliance with regulations

  • Provide ongoing development and growth opportunities for team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in health service administration or public health/home health nursing preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care preferred

  • Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Fluency in English required
