Operations Manager

Coke Florida is looking for an Operations Manager based out of our Hollywood location.

What You Will Do:The Operations Manager will support and execute the strategy for the Profit Growth Management and Planning team. The Operations Manager will spend periods of time rotating through the various key functions and areas of responsibility including but not limited to: Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Field Logistics Planning, Profit Growth Management, Facility placements either distribution or production. As a team member within the Profit Growth Management and Planning team, the Operations Manager will need to operate and embrace the team's principles of:

Create "one" consensus forecast, an agree upon single source of truth to which all are accountableManage integrated business processes of planning to effectively deliver desired customer value propositionsEnable execution of segmented customer and consumer service models with effective program designAllocate resources to optimize Coke Florida's business outcomes, while managing trade-offs and investment decisionsProfit Growth Management and Planning to support Coke Florida in making its next best decision with end to end thinking to deliver disciplined and sustained profitable growth

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage and provide support to Functional Leads to identify areas of opportunity in the processes and workflows that support the Profit Growth Management & Planning team.Development of business and operational knowledge through active engagement in the various areas for Field Logistics and Supply Planning such as: Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Field Logistics Planning, Capacity Planning, Network OptimizationBe the project support for the various transformational initiatives that requires the integration of Enterprise Planning functions.Responsible for executing strategies, creating solutions and improvements, assuring operational success for assigned activitiesProvide cross-functional support by collaborating with other planning functions (lifecycle, bottler to bottler, deployment, production, transportation) as needed to enable an integrated planning activities and processesSupport all related integrated planning departments and or other assigned projects

For this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent entrepreneurial business experience with proven business and people leadershipOperational, entrepreneurial business experience required - minimum 3 yearsPeople management experience requiredAble to leverage and use toolsets such as SAP, JDA, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office SuiteEvidence of progression in business or operational knowledge gained and appliedMust be willing to travel 10% to 20% of the time or as business requires
