Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure Fin/ite’s services are delivered efficiently and consistently.

This full-time remote role includes owning process design and improvement, managing workflows, and coordinating internal communications and documentation.

The Operations Manager will support scheduling and client engagement logistics, maintain systems and tools, and ensure smooth collaboration among team members.

The role also involves tracking operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions that enhance productivity and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and organizational skills, including process design, workflow management, and prioritization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of reliability.
