  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
The Operations Officer II provides a broad range of operational support and transaction processing activities within the Operations and Business Services function. This role supports contractor onboarding activities (AML project space), manages assigned requests end-to-end, and ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enterprise operational frameworks.
Working within a collaborative 13-person team, this role requires strong relationship management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume back-office work (95%) with limited stakeholder calls (5%).
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Transaction Support
  • Execute transactions accurately and within established guidelines and SLAs.
  • Monitor requests end-to-end, providing timely updates and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of contractors through SOW processing and system access fulfillment.
  • Validate information and perform adjustments within authority levels.
  • Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
  • Work closely with managers (Level 10–11) to fulfill onboarding requests.
  • Respond to partner inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across business units.
Compliance & Process Excellence
  • Adhere to internal regulations, operating procedures, and enterprise frameworks (e.g., AML, Business Continuity Management).
  • Exercise discretion and manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and internal processes.
  • Support SLA tracking, productivity goals, and operational reporting.
Required Experience:
  • 2–4 years of administrative or operational experience in a professional office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Previous banking experience in a similar operations role.
  • Experience in trade processing or cash products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards).
  • Knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products.
  • Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
