Title: Operations Planner L&A
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Salary Range: $30 - $33/hr. (Competetive)
Introduction
This position is a project-based role within the VS/PINK production team, assisting with order, production, and delivery management. The role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with multiple teams and partners in the US and Asia.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Previous production experience
- Ability to analyze and recap data
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels
- Engage in tactical cross-functional communication and issue resolution
- Manage order reporting and delivery tracking
- Ensure timely on-order accuracy and manage commitments without POs
- Support CGL creation and maintenance
- Focus on order management related to speed orders and immediate issue resolution
