Title: Operations Planner L&A
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Salary Range: $30 - $33/hr. (Competetive)

Introduction

This position is a project-based role within the VS/PINK production team, assisting with order, production, and delivery management. The role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with multiple teams and partners in the US and Asia.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Previous production experience
• Ability to analyze and recap data

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels
• Engage in tactical cross-functional communication and issue resolution
• Manage order reporting and delivery tracking
• Ensure timely on-order accuracy and manage commitments without POs
• Support CGL creation and maintenance
• Focus on order management related to speed orders and immediate issue resolution
