- Learn and effectively navigate through the Hedberg system.
- Coordination of Tangram field staff.
- Confirm Delivery requests.
- Back up Distribution Dispatch.
- Assist Sales/Project Management/Customer Service in solving emergency service situations.
- Coordinate all demo deliveries.
- Report to upper management as requested
- Be accountable to the resolution of daily scheduling issues.
- Preparation and follow-up of daily Scheduling department activities
- Accountable for Scheduling Department's communications and responsiveness to the other departments in the company.
- Training Scheduling staff as needed.
$23 - $27 an hour
