Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to perform transaction processing, account fulfillment activities, and operational support functions. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, deliver exceptional service, and ensure accuracy while minimizing operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and reconciliations according to established procedures.
• Support account fulfillment activities, including asset movement processing.
• Respond to client and partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and resolve routine operational requests.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or process issues.
• Provide operational support, including mail processing, sorting, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate professionally via email and other business channels.
