Pay: $22.11/hr W2
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible)
Parking: $8/day

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support commercial loan administration and collateral management. Responsibilities include maintaining collateral records, processing loan updates, managing ticklers, reviewing loan documentation, resolving credit exceptions, and ensuring accurate loan servicing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial loan servicing and collateral management.

• Review and process commercial loan documentation.

• Maintain collateral records and loan servicing systems.

• Manage loan ticklers and resolve credit/documentation exceptions.

• Perform accurate data entry and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial loan operations, loan servicing, or collateral management.

• Knowledge of commercial lending and loan documentation.

• Experience with credit exception research and resolution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

• Experience with LIQ or similar loan servicing systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
