Albuquerque, NM | Direct Hire | $50,000-$65,000 + Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can build trust, drive accountability, support employee development, and ensure daily operational goals are achieved. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met

• Manage attendance, scheduling, and employee accountability

• Conduct team meetings and communicate operational priorities

• Resolve day-to-day production and personnel issues

• Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement efforts

• Partner with leadership to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, operations, warehouse, or related environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate teams and make confident decisions

• Experience maintaining a positive, respectful workplace culture

• ERP system experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is beneficial

Compensation & Benefits
