Job FunctionThe Operations Supervisor oversees an organization's daily activities, ensuring that departments running efficiently. They act as a critical bridge between upper management and frontline staff, balancing strategic planning with hands-on management to achieve company goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training or coaching.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing operational reports for executives.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all products or services meet quality standards and that the business complies with safety and industry regulations

Education & Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of supervisory, operations, or team leadership experience preferred.
