Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

THIS POSITION:

• 4 day work week- Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday
• Flexible work schedule is needed

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight

• You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver''s needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations

• This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency

• Additionally, you'll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
