The Operations & Support VP instills operational discipline in HR communications, ensuring clear prioritization, consistent standards and coordinated delivery across initiatives, stakeholders and channels.

What you'll do in the role:

Own communications intake, planning and the editorial calendar; drive transparency and accountability.

Serve as air traffic control across HR initiatives, issues and escalations; manage sequencing and tradeoffs.

Create and enforce templates, standards and approval pathways that speed delivery and improve quality.

Coordinate HR-to-HR communications across functions and regions to reduce duplication and confusion.

Partner with stakeholders to land the right message in the right channel at the right time.

Help shape HR's editorial agenda by partnering with Corporate Communications on campaigns and contributing to content generation across priority initiatives.

Oversee vendor communications governance to ensure employee-centric framing and integration into HR campaigns.

What you bring to the role:

Required: Demonstrated expertise working across groups, driving coordination, decisions and follow-through among stakeholders.

Preferred: HR subject-matter expertise to strengthen prioritization, accuracy and sequencing.

Experience: Typically 8-10 years' experience in HR and/or employee communications, communications operations, program/project management and/or editorial operations.

Strong operational rigor and calm under pressure; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Excellent editorial judgment and a bias for simplicity.

A do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled mindset.
