Job Summary

Clien is seeking an Operator 1, Molding professional to perform routine manufacturing and production activities. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging, assembling, labeling, inspecting, and other production-related tasks while following established procedures and quality standards.

Candidates with previous manufacturing experience will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine production and manufacturing operations under supervision.
• Assist with filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow written instructions and product specifications in English.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as required for production tasks.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand instructions, and perform basic math calculations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Must be willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts and flexible or extended hours.
• Must complete all required background checks before starting the assignment.

Shift Schedule

B Shift Night Shift

• Working hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• First week: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on.
• Second week: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
• Schedule follows a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
